Dosing starts low, then increases slowly and comfortably as outlined in the Cowden+ Support Program Instructions and Dosing Schedule. The products you take are designed to support your body with exactly what you need:

• Nutra-BRL (containing Stevia, Samento, and Banderol) helps with microbial support.ᶧ
• Takuna, Bromelain, and Serrapeptase help with inflammatory response support. Bromelain and Serrapeptase, which are both proteolytic enzymes, help with biofilm support.ᶧ
• Burbur Pinella and Dandelion support healthy detoxification and can help ease Herxheimer-like reactions.
• Magnesium Malate, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium, helps ease muscle aches and pains and supports energy production, while also reducing occasional fatigue.ᶧ

Month 2 is about helping you sustain improvements and increase wellness.

Because you are introducing your body to a new microbial support blend that has a slightly different target than Nutra-BRL, once again you start at a low dose and begin titrating to increase comfortability and limit Herxheimer-like reactions.ᶧ 

This month’s support products:

• Nutra-BRT (containing Cumanda and Houttuynia) and GlucoMedix (containing Stevia and Samento) offer microbial support.ᶧ
