Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy from the date that your product is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

- Refunds / Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Your shipping fee will not be refunded if we have already shipped the item to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at store@sojourns.org.
- Non-returnable Items
We are unable to process refunds for products that have been opened or unsealed. We understand that not everything works for everybody, but unfortunately as a small community clinic, we are not able to absorb the cost of returned items we cannot resell. If your product damaged or spoiled upon opening, please see that section below.
- Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We are also happy to support with exchanges via email or phone.
- Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at store@sojourns.org or call us at 802-722-4023 x824. You can return any damaged or defective item in its original container. Upon receipt we will evaluate the item and confirm if we can accept the return. We can send you a replacement for any damaged, defective, or spoiled items or refund the purchase. Additional shipping fees on replacement items are waived if the original was damaged, as well as if we have shipped you the incorrect items by error.
